WAITER
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional Waiter to deliver outstanding dining experiences in our luxury restaurant and dining venues. You will be responsible for providing meticulous service to our high-end clientele, ensuring every interaction reflects Delano’s commitment to excellence. As a Waiter, you will demonstrate impeccable service standards, extensive product knowledge, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and etiquette
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on dining preferences
- Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Serve food and beverages with precision, following proper plating and presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to requests promptly and professionally
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and special offerings
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions with discretion and efficiency
- Maintain impeccable appearance and grooming standards consistent with luxury hospitality
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service operations and team success
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols and support opening and closing procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-3 years of fine dining or luxury hospitality service experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with a luxury hospitality mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of wine, beverages, and menu pairings
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid work visa and residency documentation

- Present and serve courses with elegance, maintaining impeccable service standards throughout dining experience
- Engage guests with knowledge about menu items, wine selections, and special dining experiences
- Monitor guest satisfaction continuously and address any concerns with grace and solutions-focused approach
- Process payments with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information
- Maintain impeccable personal appearance and adhere to dress code standards
- Collaborate seamlessly with service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Support all opening, closing, and administrative duties with professionalism and attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-3 years of upscale restaurant or luxury hotel service experience
- Exemplary customer service skills with genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced dining environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of beverages, wine pairing, and menu offerings
- Fluency in English; multilingual candidates are preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work visa and residency documentation required
