Key Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests at Mare Mare
• Meet guest needs and requests promptly within acceptable service time frames
• Prepare the outlet for service using opening checklists and pre-shift briefings
• Set up tables according to F&B standard operating procedures and meal period requirements
• Stay knowledgeable of in-house services and local information to assist guests when asked

• Maintain full awareness of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to supervisors when required
• Support smooth table turnover and section coordination during peak brunch and dinner service

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine customer service orientation with a warm, approachable manner
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity, given the resort’s international guest base
• Strong team player with accuracy and close attention to detail
