Barista Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, and cold beverages to consistent quality standards
• Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily till reconciliation
• Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and disposables
• Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Greet and engage customers warmly to build repeat business

Waitress Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen
• Serve guests attentively while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
• Set up and clear tables in line with cleanliness standards
• Handle guest questions about menu items, including ingredients and nutritional information
• Support smooth coordination between kitchen, counter, and dining area during peak hours
• Assist with basic billing and payment processing

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or quick-service outlet preferred
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid UAE residence status or the ability to obtain the necessary work permit
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a genuine passion for hospitality
