Gatsby Dinner Show & Club, one of Dubai’s most glamorous fine-dining and entertainment destinations, is looking for experienced and polished Waiters to join our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, professional table service throughout the dinner show and club sessions.
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and make confident recommendations to guests.
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain a polished, composed presence even during peak service.
- Coordinate closely with hosts, bartenders, and entertainment staff to keep service seamless during performances.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and full mise en place standards at assigned stations.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of waiter experience in fine dining, nightlife, or a similar high-volume venue.
- Excellent grooming standards and a polished, guest-first attitude.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work evenings, late nights, and weekends, matching the venue’s show schedule.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.
- UAE experience preferred; candidates already based in the UAE will be prioritized.
