As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be entrusted with maintaining guest rooms and public areas to Marriott’s exacting brand standards. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Marriott’s established brand and quality standards

- Clean and maintain bathrooms to the highest hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly
- Maintain and organize housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services in a timely, courteous manner
- Follow all hotel policies regarding guest privacy, lost and found procedures, and security protocols
- Support the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces as needed
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations set by Marriott and UAE authorities
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not always mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently within time constraints while maintaining quality
- Physical stamina to manage a role that involves standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Basic communication skills in English to interact with guests and team members
- A respectful, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, as is standard in hotel operations
- Willingness to follow Marriott’s structured training and operating procedures
