The Cullinan Fine Dining Restaurant, one of Dubai’s most distinguished culinary destinations, is expanding its front-of-house team. We are looking for polished, service-driven hospitality professionals to fill four key roles: Waiter, Hostess, Bartender, and Runner. We are seeking individuals who understand that fine dining is as much about atmosphere and etiquette as it is about food and drink.

Open Positions

Waiter — Deliver attentive, knowledgeable table service to guests, guiding them through the menu and wine pairings with confidence and grace. You will take orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen, and anticipate guest needs before they are voiced.

Hostess — Serve as the first and last impression of the restaurant. You will manage reservations, greet guests warmly, coordinate seating flow, and ensure every arrival feels like a personal welcome into an elevated dining experience.

Bartender — Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision, manage the bar program during service, and engage guests with product knowledge and genuine hospitality. Strong beverage knowledge and speed under pressure are essential.

Runner — Support the seamless flow of service by transporting dishes from kitchen to table with speed and care, ensuring food arrives exactly as the chef intended, at the right temperature and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver consistent, high-standard service aligned with fine dining etiquette
Maintain full knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service timing
Handle guest requests, special occasions, and dietary needs with professionalism
Uphold grooming, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times
Support colleagues across sections during peak service periods
