Job Summary

As a Runner, you will play a vital role in supporting the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, and ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist waiters and supervisors in ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
  • Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Maintain clear communication between kitchen staff and service teams.
  • Support table setup, clearing, and resetting activities.
  • Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Respond promptly to team requests during service periods.
  • Follow company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Basic English communication skills.
