Geewin Cafe is expanding its front-of-house team and is currently hiring for three exciting roles: Gelato Server, Barista, and Waiter. Key Responsibilities
Gelato Server
- Scoop and serve gelato and desserts following portion and presentation standards.
- Maintain the gelato display case, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage temperatures.
Barista
- Prepare espresso-based and specialty beverages to Geewin Cafe’s quality standards.
- Maintain and clean coffee equipment daily, monitoring stock of coffee and dairy supplies.
Waiter
- Greet and seat guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Maintain table cleanliness and handle billing and guest requests professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or gelato/dessert shop is preferred but not mandatory for all positions.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Well-groomed appearance suited to a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt across sections when needed.
