Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, part of the globally recognized Hyatt hotel group, is hiring Waiters and Waitresses to join its food and beverage team. Set within the striking Capital Gate tower, Andaz is known for its boutique-style luxury service and distinctive dining outlets — offering a genuinely elevated hospitality environment for service professionals who take pride in the details.

Role Overview

As a Waiter or Waitress at Andaz Capital Gate, you’ll deliver attentive, personalized service across the hotel’s restaurants and bars, reflecting Andaz’s boutique luxury brand standards. You’ll take orders, serve food and beverages, anticipate guest needs, and help create memorable dining experiences for both hotel guests and outside diners. This role is a strong stepping stone within the Hyatt network, with genuine potential to progress into senior server, captain, or supervisory roles for those who perform consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks following Andaz’s luxury service standards and sequence of service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the meal
• Handle bill settlement and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and setup standards across the restaurant or bar area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams during busy service periods
• Uphold Andaz and Hyatt brand standards in appearance, communication, and guest interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, fine dining, or upscale restaurant setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• A polished, guest-focused attitude with genuine attention to detail
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high-volume service
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues across outlets
• Willingness to work hotel shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid UAE work eligibility or transferable visa status
