Like Bricks is currently hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join its commercial team in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for customer engagement and a track record of turning conversations into conversions, whether in retail, showroom, or direct sales settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in and prospective customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or solutions.
- Achieve and where possible exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently and accurately.
- Process sales transactions, quotations, and follow-ups in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions and stock visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, showroom, or direct customer-facing sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Well-presented with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for processing orders and maintaining records.
- UAE experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
