Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to all hotel guests
• Set up and break down restaurant, bar, and banqueting areas according to service standards
• Take guest orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen team
• Serve food and beverages following proper sequence and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout each shift
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-room dining operations as required
• Handle guest requests and minor concerns promptly, escalating where necessary
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and equipment maintenance
• Adhere to all hygiene, food safety, and hotel brand standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, hotel, or restaurant environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and a warm, guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn hotel brand standards
• UAE hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory for the right candidate
