Koncrete Space, a growing specialty coffee and lifestyle concept in Dubai, is looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join its front-of-house team. As the space expands its daily operations, the team is looking for someone who can maintain that same standard of care behind the counter, shift after shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to consistent quality standards
• Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment daily
• Greet every customer warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments through the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout each shift
• Manage milk texturing, latte art, and drink presentation to brand standard
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and disposables, and flag reorders in good time
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and municipality guidelines applicable to UAE F&B outlets
• Support opening and closing duties, including till reconciliation and equipment shutdown
• Build rapport with regular customers and contribute to the welcoming, community feel of the space
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor staff during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous barista experience preferred, ideally in a specialty coffee or café environment
• Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art
• Friendly, energetic personality with strong customer service instincts
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high-volume rush periods
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic cash handling and POS familiarity
• A valid UAE work permit or eligibility to be sponsored is preferred
