Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest quality standard.
• Engage guests warmly, offering personalized drink recommendations based on preferences and occasions.
• Maintain full knowledge of the beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized in line with hotel hygiene and presentation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the outlet manager on beverage ordering and inventory control.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, processing bills and closing checks efficiently.
• Comply strictly with responsible alcohol service policies and UAE licensing regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, coordinated service during peak hours and events.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a five-star hotel, upscale bar, or fine-dining restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and modern mixology techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with genuine guest-first energy.
• Ability to stay composed, efficient, and precise during high-volume or high-pressure service.
• A valid food and beverage or bartending certification is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by outlet operating hours.
• A polished, professional presentation and a passion for the art of hospitality.
