Shisha Attendant — Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and maintain shisha pipes throughout the guest’s visit, ensuring consistent quality of coal, flavor, and smoke.
• Recommend flavors and combinations based on guest preferences, providing a knowledgeable and personable service.
• Monitor and refresh coals regularly, ensuring guests are never left waiting or dissatisfied.
• Maintain full compliance with fire safety, hygiene, and municipality shisha-service regulations at all times.
• Keep shisha equipment and preparation areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Waitress — Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through food and beverage selections with confidence.
• Take accurate orders and relay them promptly and correctly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently, checking in regularly to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the visit.
• Handle billing, payments, and guest requests professionally and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized section and support colleagues during high-volume service periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant, lounge, or shisha café environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, guest-first attitude.
• Ability to stay attentive, efficient, and composed during busy evening and weekend service.
• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and presentation standards relevant to the role.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by restaurant operations.
