Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and guide them through the bakery’s cake, pastry, and dessert offerings.
• Take orders accurately, including custom cake and special occasion requests, and relay details clearly to the kitchen team.
• Process payments and manage the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized display counter and front-of-house area at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally and with genuine care.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely preparation and handover of orders.
• Support packaging of products to the bakery’s presentation standards, especially for gifting and event orders.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of packaging materials and front-of-house supplies.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail, bakery, or café role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
• A warm, friendly, and professional manner with genuine attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods, especially around holidays and events.
• Basic familiarity with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for customer service and representing a growing local brand.
