About the Role

This is a hands-on, multitasking position covering the full guest journey at the restaurant — from the moment a guest walks in to the moment they settle the bill. You’ll rotate across waiter, cashier, runner, and server duties depending on the shift, making this a great role for candidates who like variety and want to build well-rounded restaurant service experience within a wellness-focused hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat guests, creating a positive first impression at every visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them clearly to the kitchen team.
• Operate the POS system to process orders, payments, and cashiering duties.
• Run food and beverages from the kitchen to guest tables promptly and accurately.
• Liaise closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, well-timed service throughout each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, including wellness-focused dishes and dietary options.
• Handle guest requests, special occasions, and minor concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards consistently.
• Support colleagues across sections during busy periods to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or front-of-house hospitality role is an advantage.
• A genuinely enthusiastic, guest-first attitude and a willingness to multitask.
• Clear communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus given Dubai’s diverse guest base.
• Comfortable working on your feet through busy service periods, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic comfort with POS systems and handling cash or card payments accurately.
• A team-first mindset and interest in wellness, nutrition, or healthy hospitality concepts.

A Day in the Life

Shifts usually start with a quick briefing covering the day’s specials, any dietary notes on the menu, and reservations to watch for. From there, it’s straight into service — greeting guests, walking them through wellness-focused menu items, taking orders, and keeping tables turning smoothly during breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes. Between service peaks, the team resets tables, restocks service stations, and coordinates with the kitchen on prep and timing for the next wave of guests. Because the role rotates across server, runner, and cashier duties, no two shifts look exactly the same, which keeps the pace varied for staff who prefer an active, hands-on hospitality role over a single fixed station.
