Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned and inspected within designated timeframes.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in an organized manner.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including standing, lifting, and moving items as needed.
