About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand on the shop floor and play a direct role in driving sales while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience. The role sits at the heart of daily store operations, supporting everything from visual merchandising to maintaining store standards, and working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to keep the outlet running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs and guiding them toward suitable products.
• Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and stock organization on the shop floor.
• Support visual merchandising displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash and card handling.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and back-of-store organization.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and minor complaints with professionalism.
• Follow all operational procedures and instructions set by store leadership.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
• A friendly, energetic personality with a genuine interest in fashion and retail.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team spirit, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude.
• Basic numeracy for handling sales transactions and cash reconciliation.
