About the Role

VNTG, the elegant Wine & Cheese bar at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, is looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to curate exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. If you have a refined understanding of wine, a flair for hospitality, and take pride in every pour, this role was made for you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve wine, cocktails, and beverages with precision and elegance.
• Offer knowledgeable wine and cheese pairing recommendations to guests.
• Maintain the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage stock levels, storage, and inventory of wines and spirits.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized guest service throughout each visit.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to elevate the overall guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Bartender, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cheese pairings.
• Polished communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during busy service periods.
• A keen eye for detail and presentation.
