Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, confirming reservations and managing the seating flow efficiently.
• Coordinate with servers and the restaurant manager to ensure tables are prepared, turned over, and allocated smoothly.
• Manage waitlists during peak hours, communicating accurate wait times and keeping guests comfortable and informed.
• Maintain an organized and presentable host stand, menus, and entrance area at all times.
• Answer phone inquiries, take reservations, and relay special requests (dietary needs, celebrations, seating preferences) to the service team.
• Support event and private dining setups when Claw BBQ hosts group bookings or special occasions.
• Assist with light administrative duties such as reservation logs and guest feedback tracking.
• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and presentation standards in line with Hilton brand expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Agent, or similar front-of-house role, ideally within hotel F&B or restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus given the diverse guest base.
• A naturally warm, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods, especially weekends and events.
• Basic familiarity with reservation systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A team-oriented attitude with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
