Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, and chocolate beverages to brand standards.
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment daily.
• Deliver warm, attentive customer service that reflects Co Chocolat’s premium positioning.
• Handle order taking, payments, and till reconciliation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented service counter and display case at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and chocolate products, flagging shortages promptly.
• Support product knowledge sharing with guests regarding chocolate pairings and menu items.
