As a Barista at Barista’s Corner, you will be the face and personality behind every cup served — combining technical coffee-making skill with genuine hospitality. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, to consistent quality standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment with proper cleaning and care routines.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly recommendations on menu items and specials.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation and front-of-house area at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, flagging reorder needs to management.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations applicable to café operations.
• Contribute positively to a team environment, supporting colleagues during busy rush periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/coffee shop environment is preferred.
• Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art is a strong advantage.
• Friendly, energetic personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during busy morning and peak-hour rushes.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A strong sense of hygiene, cleanliness, and attention to presentation.
