About the Role

Deep Cafe is looking for a passionate, energetic Barista to join our growing team. If you love coffee culture, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to turn a regular order into a regular customer, this is your spot behind the bar.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
• Greet every guest warmly and create a welcoming, memorable cafe experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
• Handle orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Restock supplies and help manage inventory as needed.
• Work closely with the team to keep service smooth during busy hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior barista or cafe experience preferred, but a genuine passion for coffee counts too.
• Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during peak rush.
• Punctual, reliable, and a true team player.
• Basic knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods is a plus.
