Big T BBQ is looking to fill multiple front-of-house and back-of-house roles as part of the relaunch. Whether you have experience in service, the kitchen, or bar operations, we want passionate hospitality professionals ready to bring the energy back to Big T.
Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring across multiple positions as we prepare to reopen, including servers, kitchen staff, and support roles. Candidates with prior BBQ, grill, or casual dining restaurant experience are especially encouraged to apply, though all motivated hospitality professionals are welcome to reach out.
- Deliver friendly, efficient service that matches the restaurant’s casual, high-energy vibe
- Support smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all sections
- Work as part of a close, hands-on team during the relaunch phase
- Bring enthusiasm and flexibility as the restaurant re-establishes its rhythm
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or bar environment preferred
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Good communication skills; English required, Arabic a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and UAE public holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, casual dining environment
