Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites, one of Accor’s flagship luxury properties on Palm Jumeirah, is seeking an energetic and courteous Bell Attendant to join its Guest Services team. As part of the front-of-house team, you’ll be among the very first hotel representatives our guests meet — and one of the last they say goodbye to.
This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in hospitality, enjoys being on their feet and in motion, and understands that small gestures — a warm greeting, a carried bag, a well-timed door — shape a guest’s entire perception of the stay.
Working within Accor’s global luxury hospitality standards, you’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to grow within Front Office and Guest Relations across one of the world’s largest hotel groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and escort arriving and departing guests, assisting with luggage
- Deliver luggage, messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, dining outlets, and local attractions
- Coordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams for seamless guest movement
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and porte-cochère area
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, taxis, and valet coordination
- Handle guest requests promptly and escalate issues to senior Guest Services staff when needed
- Uphold Rixos and Accor grooming, punctuality, and service quality standards at all times
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Bell Attendant, Doorman, or in a similar guest-facing hotel role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong plus
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting luggage and standing for extended periods
- A polished, well-groomed appearance in line with five-star hotel standards
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a proactive, service-first mindset
