Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a positive dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the full menu, including ingredients, preparation styles, and recommended pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and checking in without being intrusive.
