Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children participating in Kids Club activities and ensure their safety at all times.
- Organize and conduct recreational, educational, and creative activities suitable for different age groups.
- Welcome children and parents, providing information about Kids Club programs and schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play environment.
- Monitor attendance and follow all child safety and security procedures.
- Assist in planning special events, holiday programs, and themed activities.
- Encourage participation and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- Respond professionally and calmly to children’s needs and parents’ inquiries.
- Ensure all equipment, toys, and activity materials are maintained in excellent condition.
- Follow resort policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children, childcare centers, schools, camps, or hospitality Kids Clubs is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of child safety procedures and first aid is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
