Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Have thorough knowledge of the menu, including traditional Lebanese dishes, to make recommendations to guests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, following Al Safadi’s service standards.
- Handle guest requests, special dietary needs, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table settings throughout service.
- Process bills accurately and handle payments through the POS system.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, preferably within Middle Eastern or casual dining concepts.
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume service periods.
- Neat, professional appearance and strong grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
