Job Summary

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping environment while representing the values and reputation of the Liali Jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, personalized assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge, including jewelry collections, gemstones, and promotions.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and product features.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, luxury retail, jewelry sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry, luxury fashion, watches, or premium retail brands.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry products.
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive repeat sales.
