As Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting quality drinks, engaging guests with genuine warmth, and helping build the buzzing, social energy that defines the Three Bites Later experience. This role suits someone who enjoys the rhythm of a fast-paced bar environment, takes pride in consistency and presentation, and wants to grow their career within one of the UAE’s most exciting F&B concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Engage guests warmly, offering thoughtful recommendations and building genuine rapport at the bar.
• Maintain full knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and preparation techniques, including seasonal specials.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked in line with hygiene and presentation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the outlet manager in a timely manner.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, processing bills and closing checks efficiently.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies and all applicable UAE licensing regulations without exception.
• Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, well-timed service during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or bar environment, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and modern mixology techniques.
• Outgoing, guest-focused personality with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain composed, efficient, and precise during high-volume service and peak hours.
• A valid food and beverage or bartending certification is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by outlet operating hours.
• A polished presentation and genuine passion for hospitality and craft beverages.
