Barista Responsibilities

• Prepare matcha-based beverages, specialty coffee, and other menu drinks to exact brand standards
• Whisk matcha correctly to achieve the right consistency and presentation
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and preparation equipment
• Manage stock levels of matcha, milk, syrups, and disposables
• Handle POS transactions and daily cash reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times

Waiter Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining an attentive, friendly manner
• Set up, clear, and reset tables in line with cleanliness standards
• Answer guest questions about matcha varieties, ingredients, and menu pairings
• Support smooth coordination between the counter, kitchen, and dining area during peak hours
• Assist with billing and payment processing

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or specialty beverage outlet preferred
• Interest in or knowledge of matcha and specialty beverages is a strong plus
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive, detail-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
