Chef de Partie Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to recipe and plating standards for an assigned kitchen section
• Supervise commis chefs and support staff within the section during service
• Ensure food quality, portion consistency, and presentation meet brand standards
• Manage mise en place and stock levels for the section
• Maintain full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Barista Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to consistent standards
• Operate and clean espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to build customer loyalty

Waiter Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages attentively while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Set up and clear tables in line with cleanliness standards
• Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Process payments and support smooth coordination during peak hours

Requirements

• Relevant prior experience in a similar role within the UAE or GCC F&B industry preferred
• Chef de Partie applicants should have formal culinary training or equivalent hands-on section experience
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
