Bartender – Raffles Hotel

Raffles Dubai is looking for a talented Bartender to join the team at Raffles Salon, its celebrated lobby lounge. In this role, you’ll craft cocktails and beverages to exacting five-star standards while delivering warm, attentive service to guests and VIPs alike.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare cocktails and beverages following the hotel’s beverage standards
• Set up and maintain the bar, including stock, garnishes, and glassware
• Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality, recognizing regulars by name
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times

What you’ll bring: at least 2 years of food & beverage experience with strong bar knowledge, previous cashiering experience, fluent English, and a polished, guest-focused personality that reflects the Raffles brand of luxury.
