We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our soon-to-open coffee shop concept in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. As we prepare to welcome our first customers, we are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Baristas and Stewards.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, food quality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Steward

Key Responsibilities

Barista

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate coffee machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately.
• Ensure food and beverage presentation meets company standards.

Steward

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and service areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Support kitchen and service teams during busy periods.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist with stock organization and general cleaning duties.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
