About the Role
Amazonico Dubai is looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join its marketing team. This role is responsible for capturing and producing engaging visual and written content that reflects the energy, atmosphere, and brand identity of Amazonico. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to translate the restaurant’s vibrant in-person experience into compelling digital content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content capturing the restaurant’s atmosphere, events, dishes, and guest experiences
- Develop creative content concepts aligned with Amazonico’s brand identity and current social media trends
- Manage day-to-day content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social channels
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, staff moments, and event coverage to build authentic brand storytelling
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to plan content around promotions, special events, and seasonal campaigns
- Edit photos and videos using relevant editing software to maintain a consistent, high-quality visual brand identity
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging content formats to keep Amazonico’s presence fresh and relevant
- Coordinate with influencers, guests, or media during content shoots and special events as needed
- Write engaging captions and short-form copy that reflect the brand’s tone and personality
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to inform future content strategy
- Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely delivery of planned content
- Support broader marketing initiatives with visual assets as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industries
- Strong photography and videography skills, including proficiency with relevant camera and editing equipment
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar tools
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current content trends
- Creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through visual content
- Strong written communication skills for captions and short-form copy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to capture events and peak dining periods
- A portfolio showcasing previous content work is highly preferred
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- A proactive, energetic personality suited to a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment
