Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within dining areas.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
