Waiter – Raffles Hotel

Raffles Dubai is seeking a service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join the team at its award-winning lobby lounge, Raffles Salon. You’ll work closely with colleagues and leaders to deliver a luxurious, seamless dining and beverage experience that keeps guests coming back.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver attentive, personalized table service to every guest
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and allergens
• Recognize regular and VIP guests, noting their preferences
• Complete opening, closing, and side duties following checklists
• Support the wider team during peak periods to ensure smooth service

What you’ll bring: at least 2 years of food & beverage experience, ideally in five-star luxury hospitality, strong English communication skills, a polished appearance, and a warm, team-oriented attitude. A second language is a plus.
