Bartender

As Bartender, you will prepare and serve a full range of beverages, from classic cocktails to draught beer and wine, while keeping the bar running smoothly during high-volume service. You’ll engage guests with confidence, upsell thoughtfully, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar at all times.

• Mix and serve drinks accurately and efficiently to brand standards
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment condition
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy
• Build rapport with regular guests and support the overall bar atmosphere

Stewarding Supervisor

As Stewarding Supervisor, you will lead the back-of-house cleaning and dishwashing team, ensuring kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils meet strict hygiene standards. This role is critical to keeping service running smoothly and maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Supervise and schedule the stewarding team across shifts
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils are properly cleaned and stored
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Enforce HACCP and municipality hygiene standards throughout the department
• Train new stewarding staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B management on equipment needs and repairs

Requirements

• Previous experience in the relevant role within a restaurant or bar environment
• Stewarding Supervisor applicants should have prior team leadership experience
• Bartender applicants should have solid beverage and cocktail knowledge
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure
• Good communication skills; English required, additional languages a plus
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and UAE public holidays
• Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene standards preferred
