Rosewood Abu Dhabi is hiring a Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping department. Room Attendants are at the heart of the luxury guest experience — every clean, well-presented suite reflects the property’s five-star standards, and Rosewood is looking for someone who takes genuine pride in that level of detail.

This role suits candidates who are meticulous, efficient, and comfortable working independently while meeting strict brand presentation standards across guest rooms and suites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to Rosewood’s five-star presentation standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and mini-bar items following each service, and report any missing or low-stock items.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the Housekeeping supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings with care and discretion, respecting privacy at all times.
• Follow strict hygiene, laundry, and chemical-handling procedures across every shift.
• Coordinate with the front office and engineering teams to prioritize rooms for arrivals and special requests.
• Maintain trolley and storage area organization in line with hotel operational standards.

What Rosewood Is Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury residential setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in maintaining presentation standards.
• Physical stamina for a role that involves extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
• Basic English communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and reporting issues.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of guest privacy and belongings.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
