Job Responsibilities

Waiter / Waitress

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Present menus and explain food and beverage items clearly
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Respond quickly to guest requests and concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations

Commis 3

• Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen duties
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Support daily kitchen operations and food service
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen supervisors
• Help maintain consistency in food quality and presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industry preferred
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good communication skills
• Passion for customer service and food & beverage industry
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Candidates currently based in UAE are preferred
• Immediate joiners are an advantage
