What the Role Involves

As a Pastry Cook at Angel Cakes, your daily work will revolve around production — preparing, baking, and finishing a range of pastry items and cakes according to established recipes and quality standards. Precision in measuring and mixing, correct oven management, consistent portioning, and clean, attractive decoration are all core parts of the role.

You will be expected to maintain your workstation to a high hygiene standard, follow food safety protocols consistently, monitor ingredient stock levels, and communicate clearly with your team and supervisor about production status and any quality concerns. Attention to detail is everything in a cake and pastry production environment — customers ordering from Angel Cakes expect a finished product that looks as good as it tastes.
