About the Roles

Service Crew members are responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate front-of-house service, supporting the dining room during busy service periods and ensuring guests have a smooth, enjoyable experience from seating to check-out.

Commis 3 is an entry-to-mid level kitchen position, ideal for cooks looking to build a strong foundation in a professional barbecue and grill kitchen while learning from senior chefs.

Chef de Partie will take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality, proper mise en place, and smooth coordination with the rest of the culinary brigade during peak service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, efficient table service and maintain high guest satisfaction (Service Crew)
• Take and relay orders accurately, handle payments, and support cleanliness of the dining area
• Prepare ingredients, assist section chefs, and maintain hygiene standards in line with UAE food safety regulations (Commis 3)
• Support grilling, smoking, and prep stations under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
• Manage a designated kitchen section independently, ensuring consistent plating and portioning (Chef de Partie)
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and coordinate with the kitchen team during service rush
• Follow all HACCP and Dubai Municipality food safety guidelines across all kitchen and service positions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
• Collaborate with team members and management to uphold Red Rock BBQ’s service and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role within a casual dining or barbecue/grill restaurant preferred
• For kitchen roles, formal culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience is an advantage
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak dining hours
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid UAE work permit or eligibility for employer sponsorship
