Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi is expanding its Food & Beverage team and is currently hiring for two roles: an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, and a skilled Barista to deliver excellent coffee and guest experiences. Both positions are open immediately, and candidates already based in Abu Dhabi with relevant hospitality experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

F&B Supervisor — Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to consistently meet hotel service standards
• Manage staff scheduling, break rotations, and daily briefings before each shift
• Monitor stock levels, requisition supplies, and minimize wastage
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and hotel brand standards
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service flow
• Conduct regular quality checks on food presentation, cleanliness, and table setup
• Assist the F&B Manager with reporting, upselling initiatives, and revenue targets

Barista — Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of coffee and beverage offerings to a consistently high standard
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service at the counter and tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and related items
• Follow all hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times
• Upsell menu items and support promotional offers where appropriate

Requirements

• F&B Supervisor: minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory F&B role within a hotel or restaurant
• Barista: minimum 1-2 years’ barista experience, ideally within a hotel, café, or premium F&B outlet
• Strong knowledge of hotel service standards and food & beverage hygiene practices
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with strong leadership qualities (for the Supervisor role)
• Valid UAE residence visa or ability to transfer visa preferred
