Role Overview
As Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the full beverage menu, including espresso-based drinks, cold brews, smoothies, and other health-focused beverages, while maintaining the high quality and consistency guests expect. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, friendly service throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Daily tasks include preparing beverages to recipe and presentation standards, operating and maintaining espresso machines and other bar equipment, managing stock levels of coffee, milk alternatives, and fresh ingredients, and keeping the beverage station clean and organized at all times. You will also be expected to engage warmly with guests, take accurate orders, and support upselling of seasonal or specialty drink items.

Candidate Requirements
Prior barista experience is preferred, along with familiarity with espresso machines and manual brewing techniques. Candidates should have a genuine interest in health and wellness-focused food and beverage concepts, strong attention to hygiene and presentation, and the flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends. Good communication skills in English are required, and additional languages are an advantage given the eatery’s diverse customer base.
