Talabat is now hiring Pickers to join its growing fulfillment operations in Dubai.
Role Overview
As a Picker, you will work within a Talabat dark store or fulfillment center, selecting items from shelves according to customer orders and preparing them for packing and dispatch. Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential, as your work directly affects how quickly and correctly orders reach customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick items from designated shelves and storage areas based on digital order lists
- Scan products accurately using handheld devices to confirm order fulfillment
- Check expiry dates and product quality before adding items to orders
- Pack orders securely and correctly to prevent damage during delivery
- Restock and organize shelves to maintain an efficient, easy-to-navigate store layout
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets during each shift
- Report stock shortages, damaged goods, or system issues to the shift supervisor
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and warehouse safety procedures
Requirements
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing, walking, and light lifting throughout shifts
- Basic spoken English or Arabic to understand instructions and communicate with the team
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic digital order systems (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team under time pressure
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid UAE visa status or eligibility for employer sponsorship
