With multiple dining outlets, extensive leisure facilities, and a large room inventory, the hotel’s Housekeeping department plays a central role in maintaining the guest experience the brand is known for. The team is now hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to join its growing operations.
Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to Hilton’s five-star standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a spotless and comfortable stay. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited to someone who takes pride in consistent, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and corridors according to set brand standards and checklists
- Replenish room amenities, linens, and minibar items as required
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and storage areas in an organized, hygienic condition
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional items or services
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Coordinate with the Front Office team on room status updates (vacant, occupied, ready for inspection)
- Assist with turndown service and special guest requests such as extra pillows or amenities
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in cleanliness and presentation
- Basic spoken English to understand instructions and communicate with guests when needed
- Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
