Role Overview

As FOH Crew at Tashas, you’ll be part of the team responsible for the entire guest journey — from warm welcomes at the door to attentive table service and smooth, efficient turnover during busy periods. You’ll work across various front-of-house duties depending on business needs, gaining well-rounded experience in a fast-paced, design-led hospitality brand. This role is a strong entry point for building a long-term career within one of the region’s most recognizable café and restaurant groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and professional first impression
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks following Tashas’ service standards and sequence of service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the visit
• Handle bill settlement and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams during service
• Support table turnover and reservations flow during peak hours

What We’re Looking For

• Previous FOH or waitstaff experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel setting preferred
• A polished, guest-focused attitude with genuine attention to detail
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high-volume service
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues across sections
• Willingness to work restaurant hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid UAE work eligibility or transferable visa status
