They are currently hiring a Waitress for the Lobby Lounge — known as Raffles Salon — their award-winning lounge experience where afternoon teas, signature cocktails, and refined F&B service come together in an atmosphere that guests return to again and again.

What the Role Involves

This is a luxury F&B service role in one of Dubai’s most prestigious properties. As a Lobby Lounge Waitress, you will be delivering the kind of service where guests are addressed by name, where their preferences are noted and remembered, and where every interaction is designed to feel genuinely personalized rather than scripted. Raffles operates under LQA luxury quality assurance standards, and compliance with those standards is a daily expectation, not an occasional one.

Your responsibilities will include full menu knowledge across food and beverage offerings, handling VIP and regular guest interactions with equal care, conducting opening and closing duties, coordinating with housekeeping and stewarding to maintain the lounge to an immaculate standard, and actively participating in guest satisfaction checks throughout every shift.
