About The Role
The Luxe Developers, one of Dubai’s most distinguished names in luxury real estate development, is seeking a polished, safety-conscious Luxury Light Vehicle Driver to join its executive support team. This is a premium chauffeuring role that goes far beyond ordinary driving duties — you will be entrusted with transporting company directors, VIP clients, and high-net-worth property investors across Dubai and the wider Emirates in a manner that reflects the brand’s reputation for elegance, precision, and discretion. The ideal candidate treats every trip as a representation of the company itself: immaculate presentation, flawless timing, and calm professionalism under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and courteous chauffeur services for company executives and VIP clients
- Maintain the assigned luxury vehicle in immaculate condition, inside and out, at all times
- Plan optimal routes across Dubai, factoring in traffic patterns and client schedules
- Handle client luggage, documents, and personal items with discretion and care
- Coordinate daily schedules with the executive assistant and operations team
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, arrange servicing, and report any maintenance concerns promptly
- Maintain full confidentiality regarding client conversations and company matters
- Assist with airport pickups/drop-offs and property site visits for prospective buyers
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company driving policies
Requirements
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years UAE driving experience preferred)
- Prior experience chauffeuring for executives, luxury car rental firms, or high-end hospitality preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s roads, landmarks, and traffic systems
- Smart, well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor at all times
- Strong command of spoken English; Arabic or additional languages an advantage
- High level of discretion, punctuality, and reliability
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- No visa sponsorship issues; candidates already based in the UAE preferred
