About the roles
Bartender. Both roles are central to our guest experience,
requiring passion, professionalism, and a genuine love for hospitality.
Key responsibilities
For Waiters
- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them with efficiency and style.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on dishes, wines, and cocktails.
- Maintain clean, well-set tables and a pristine dining area throughout service.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring total satisfaction.
- Work seamlessly with the kitchen and bar team to deliver a smooth service.
For Bartenders
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision, speed, and flair.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organised bar area at all times.
- Engage with guests at the bar, providing attentive and personalised service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimise waste.
- Stay updated on cocktail trends and contribute creative ideas for new drinks.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations.
What we are looking for
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (waiter or bartender) in a busy, high-quality restaurant or bar.
- Passion: A genuine love for hospitality, food, and beverages.
- Communication: Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Team player: Positive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentation: Well-groomed, professional, and attentive to detail.
- Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
